Pilates and pregnancy

Exercising during pregnancy can provide many health benefits including increased energy levels, relieving aches and pains as body changes, gently helping keep stability through the body, helping to manage stress levels and promote good sleep.

If you’re pregnant and already attend Kelly’s classes, let her know you’re pregnant as soon as possible.

Post natal Pilates can be even more beneficial than in pregnancy. Pregnancy & Post natal classes are not running currently, but hopefully will be back soon.
