Group fitness classes may not be suitable for everyone, particularly if you lack confidence in a group environment, or if you’re looking for specific improvements in fitness or rehab which would be better provided on a one-to-one basis.
Kelly Washington Fitness offer one-to-one personal training either online or in Brighton. Kelly’s emphasis is on delivering personal training to help you grasp the technique and work exercises which lead to better and faster results in mind and body.
The most obvious benefit of having a private Pilates class starts from the immediate fact you have the Kelly’s undivided attention. Where choices, instructions, explanations of exercises are all tailored for one specific Body and Mind. The effects and benefits are:-
- Better technique in the Pilates method,
- Better execution of exercises
- Better body awareness
- Faster progression and results of strength or recovery from injury
In these individually tailored and private Pilates classes, Kelly will focus on specific individual needs through mat work.
New customers are required to complete a Health Questionnaire before their first class.
Private classes are by appointment only.
