Yes. The Pilates classes are quite gentle, but options are given for different levels of exercises so that people can progress when they are ready to.
The same with the Fit classes, options are given for people to work at the level appropriate for them.
For Pilates you will need to wear comfortable, warm, clothing you can move in, socks or bare feet. A mat, an exercise band/towel or scarf, pilates block or cushion and a drink.
For Fit it’s best to wear trainers and dress for a workout.

Yes please. Ideally, a mat and some water to start with. If you come to class regularly, it’s good to get a band and a massage ball.

Please contact Kelly if you want to have a chat. Classes are pitched at an appropriate level for the mixture of people attending. Different levels of exercises will be offered to suit everyone.

There is limited meter parking on the streets around the venues. Please allow enough time to try and find a space. The spaces are free at Exeter Street Hall after 8pm.
